Tried out Maria's Manhattan Cheesecake! My DH & Tish favourite... so to welcome DH home...I made this for him. Wanted to do the raspberry topping, suddenly realize my raspberries was missing from my kitchen top...Next things I know, Tisha eating those berries while watching her fav cartoon!
